Cobalt prices should find a bottom unless thing deteriorate even more. Unfortunately COB sp does correlate to cobalt pricing and at current pricing I'm not sure of the economics of the project.

if COB can announce partnerships with a big name between now and the raise they'll likely trade higher but they've had years to do so and we are still waiting.
