Newmont are looking for scale so great to hear that we possibly could have that too in similar ground. I'm going back to listen to the webinar again as I was at work when I was listening to it, trying to do two things at once, and missed that point, multiple times. Smart move by Chris as it looks like he did the best deal possible, and great to have some possible leverage in the future. Thanks for pointing this out. I agree that things will take a bit of time here and I don't mind holding early at these prices and potential as I want to pay the lowest price and lowest tax rate in the future to be ready for a possible rerate.
