A) Deals not completed. Dependant on drill campaign.
B) Vendor cant be rich as you say if FRS SP tanks.
C) Not looking great that Minres leaveing. However still a posobility another company may want part of the pie .. ie. Im sure the Chinese would love direct interest in an IO mine.
