@neometals lets slow down and focus on pmt. Remove any bias you have towards wr1/adina and focus on this point.
pmt are choosing at this point to travel an extra 1000klm with a forcasted 800klt of concentrate instead of applying for funding for a road design approved by respective Cree and trapline holders. That same road would augment the issues identified in studies with the Wemdijini and Chasisbi Cree interviewed and provide the infrastructure they want.
