Who cares? We're a microcap (not for long) and basically a start-up. Cap raises for companies like ours are part of the territory we inhabit. Participation is not compulsory. I would not expect any CR to be substantial at this point. When our SP is multiples of where it is now, then do a big one to capitalise and raise a truckload of working capital.
