QoQ growth of 40% is all that is required... the last quarter they achieved 51% - ahead of what is required.
I also like the bullishness on the second point...
No doubt a major bid (or more) will land in the near term given they also reference in the quarterly that a lot of resources have been directed towards those bids in the quarter just gone.
