I think its early days, he has not been their long and did not give definitive answers to many questions...i got the impression this was because he would need to do more investigative works to know rather than speculate, he indicated he would be better informed around September or sooner.
His experience or beliefs definitely came across as he outlined what definitive strategies he would push with a confidence one would associate with someone who knows what they are doing.
