You don't think it was a good acquisition - You cant see why LGP have purchased it and why Canopy would let if go if it could be on any use to another company. You therefore presume LGP have purchased a dud.
The market has reacted differently to you, the market thinks it was good hence the growth. You have a point if they fail and the share price plummets until then continue to be upset with yourself for missing the boat!
