Non-deal roadshow has no relevance to whether there is a PS announcement, or deals with BP, or any other deals. It only refers to
and means they are doing investor relations not for the specific purposes of raising Capital/equity (deals). This is what the deal refers to... raising capital.
You can google it... one example...
"A non-deal roadshow is an investor relations program during which management meets investors not for the purpose of selling securities, but simply to talk about topics of interest such as company milestones, financial results, products, research and development, customer relations, human resource, guidance, etc."
