It will be a dual listing BC and therefore options (and shares) trade on ASX without change.
However, if we up-sticks from ASX completely (de-list - see KZA recent departure) then that's a totally different scenario for heads and oppies.
Do not think ASX de-listing is on the cards for the foreseeable....but who knows?
