Would like to see this accompanied with a disciplined update to key management and board remuneration to reflect the 5 year core focus target. KPIs should be built out over the 5 years with a sliding scale with 100% achievable when the 5 year target hit.

too much equity up for grabs at this low MC with this revised growth strategy. I like the change but when its this fundamental changed so should other key aspects of the business structure.

ive always like the focus on a robust back end pf the business which i think Marc did a good job at implementing / maintaining / updating. Hopefully this is the platform for customer engagement and act as a point of stickyness while new entrants scramble to sort themselves out and build out their systems and market engagement.

the placement might be rough, id like to see some of these majors / top 20 chip in on market and get the sp back to at least the raise price and entice more to take up the offer.
someone mentioned buying on market - its fair comment but doesnt accomodate everyone with the relatively low volume available. It should be sucked up prior to the offer close.
