David Radford’s commentary just now, refilled my confidence in ADO’s potential.

Our new CEO has a pedigree in commercialisation. Which has been our biggest gap and largest frustration from many of us, resulting in disappointing SP and returns on our investment. He spoke with confidence. I believe that he can shift the company focus from a R&D lens, in to a Marketing & Sales focused company.

I believe David R will be great for ADO, as will Ewen (Ewen's appointment was the primary reason why I held onto my shares).

Under our new CEO, I look forward to:

• An announcement of the new Leadership Team (3.5 years I have been asking for a Marketing and Sales Director) and building out the team with top talent who have support from great leadership and KPIs / objectives aligned to commercial outcomes
• AnteoTech’s 3 year Vision
• Clear objectives, milestone plans and delivery against them
• More ambition like “AnteoTech Inside” (Intel analogy)
• Increase focus on Speed (I work at a hyper growth Tech startup - v happy to hear David talk about importance of Speed)
• Commercial outcomes across our product base

Well done Ewen for appointing someone who I believe can make a significant step change to our company.
