It was a very polished performance by DR and far exceeds anything by either GC or DT. However, the performance looked like a rehearsed delivery to predetermined questions that he practised in front of a mirror for the 3 weeks that he has been with the company.

There was no meaningful information provided other than restating known facts, particularly, that Anteo has assembled a very good and highly qualified team. In the 3 weeks that he has been with the company he would have hardly had the time to become vaguely familiar with the company's operations let alone accurately determine what each of the highly qualified employees position is within the organisation. He has hit the nail on the head in wanting to set up a leadership team as single person has no hope of being able to be on top of everything that is going on. This one man team has obviously failed us miserably with GC, followed by CP, followed by DT followed by CP and now to the present situation where there is no performance to date on which we can pass judgement.

Unfortunately it appears that we are still many months short of any meaningful performance to determine whether or not we are heading in the right direction.

So far his performance in the webinar was very good and if that translates into effective performance when actually overseeing the operations of Anteo then we will have, at last, taken a positive step in the right direction. However it still puzzles me why GC and CP , who are still on the Board could not seen or sensed that DT was not on top of things during his tenure.
