Also worth remembering that they'll get that 220k back after liquidation. It's not a huge cost to them to issue some short-term debt while they go fishing for a placement. If they were injecting cash by buying newly issued equity it'd be a different matter. I'm still waiting for them to buy 200k of new equity as per beancounter's promise in the last cr...
