Well sure as you point out there maybe positives And long suffering shareholders who have worn all the risk deserve any returns from those positives That's my point. If the governance of the BOD can;t see that and dilute them to outsiders (I'm not saying a CR will happen) ... but if that's the projectory from here?... What's the point of buying on market if you can just be an outsider (instead) and get shares at the trough? This is why past governance is so important. As a shareholder and investor what else can you go by? Just MO/NA
