ok thanks. just to be clear owning the land and having exploration rights to it are two different tings. Getting access to the land to drill or mine is also important so owning the land where one explores is good. But pure explorers don't have money for that.
However, if really large deposit is discovered and the Gov approves mining it will be hard for the land owner to fight too hard as long as they are offered market price plus some compensation in form of high price or some royalty.
