If there is one thing JCS lacks it is liquidity - incredibly difficult to buy/sell anything over 1M shares without booting the share price around by 10%. A split or a share issue is generally the only way to solve this.

It doesn't matter how good a business is, or how cheap a stock appears, lack of liquidity can flatten enthusiasm for it. Nothing frustrates big pockets more.

The roadshows, the investor webinar. This is very unordindary for our management; they are generally savvy and don't burn money. 10-20 thousand dollars for this investor campaign.

What for? For the sake of it, I think not. Posters are right to suspect something's up here.

The onboarding of more middle management. An investor campaign. The integration in the Phillipines with Shoresuite. Management touting acquisitions are accelerating organic growth in the annual report.

All has to be leading to something imo.
