Pretty sure COVID vax took less than a year to get approve for human use. Well... because COVID is killing people.
But, cancer actually kills more than COVID over many many years. US FDA likes it, and we know it from the speed the trials are progressing. It is not impossible this is fast tracked for human use.
So, 'years away'? I would say so, but shouldn't be more than 5 years. I am taking a bet that in 2-3 years, we will start to generate revenue PROVIDING IF we are obliterating cancer in human like how the Professor claimed that they are seeing the same results in mice.
