Hi Matt,

some webinar questions:

1. How will IMU able to use the Precision cell manufacturing facility?

Paying for staff or just cells produced?
Will that facility be used for the CHM platforms and ALA - iNKT platform as well?
Can IMU make money by selling to other companies as well?

2. Has the bought licence finally rounded up the required technology base for all CF33 variants or does IMU need more?

3. Will IMU use CHM’s CD19 experts to cooperate?

4. What is the long term strategy, still selling after Ph2 / regulatory approval or now going the way to commercialisation by itself?

And to address the elephant in the room. Having achieved so much since 2015 and having an even better outlook why was the chairman not willing to fight for a better cap raising. 500m 12c shares for $60m, no options and no retail and the sp would have caused a shorters squeeze with the sp now hovering at the 15c. Instead IMU trades in the mid 7c range.The market conditions are one aspect, believing in and fighting for such a gem that IMU has become, is another.

Despite still being deeply disappointed about the way the CR has been done - not about the CR itself or the acquisition - I would like to thank the Teams at IMU / CHM and RAD for their exceptional work.
