It can work that way, that is why I sold shares and bought IMUOD's. It has turned out to be a way to lose money quicker. At this moment anyway. Two years can fly by. With the fully paid share you don't have the worry of the option expiring worthless. I will take up the SPP offer but as they say IMU is still a spec. If we don't have any solid news on CF33 then the share price will probably continue to tank.
It gets me why promising drugs take so long to be approved. I just watched a series on Netflix called Painkiller. Long story short the FDA approved a Cocaine derived drug which has killed and is still killing hundreds of thousands of people. Licensing the drug in the end came down to one person who we are led to believe after a lot of manipulation agreed to approve the drug. He ended up working for the company. I know they have to be careful with new drugs but while thousands of people die waiting for many years for a proven safe drug to be approved gets me.
