This take of "so they are planning to release a medical publication with only data about safety and not whether it working or not??? So what's the point of the publication." suggests you dont really know what science is. All results should be published in that they provides context for other scientists working in the discipline. A 'bad' result for IMU's study would give our researchers and others the context for developing a path forward or the a reason to forego further research.
Not suggesting the results will be bad, just that i think your logic is flawed
