More what I’m getting at is that there is no legal document binding iNKT to IMU… it’s not actually under IMUs control?
Without IMU owning the licence or having a sub-licence, it is not under IMUs control. Sure IMU management might be providing guidance and the research collaboration could demonstrate a benefit for IMU to try and acquire iNKT in the future, but right now IMU does not have legal ownership of iNKT?
I also wasn’t aware IMU owns a controlling majority of CHM and RAD. Influence and ownership are completely different things. Am I right that you are meaning IMU management has influence over those companies?
