I don’t remember any company that I have invested in in the last 20 years that has not had the PR machine cranked up and ready to fire the minute the Capital Raise details are released ….with view to engender support for the raise ……as most companies raise at a discount you do not want the issue price to be higher than the share price
Especially when Bells are raising as they dump any shares they purchase in a shortfall on the market
You have to think this was done on the run……or is that not how an ASX 200 company should be run…..on the run like a private company?
