Ok, spitballing… I’d version Imugene like this:

IMU 1.0 = HER-Vaxx
IMU 1.1 = PD1-Vaxx
IMU 1.2 = CF33 (VAXINIA & CHECKvacc)
IMU 1.3 = onCARlytics (CF33-CD19)
IMU 1.4 = Azer-cel

Imugene gets taken over and PH, LC and other office bearers and top 20 shareholders stump up money for:

IMU 2.0 = New company with another technology.

So, I interpret LC’s comment to mean that she expects IMU to be taken over by BP in about 2 years, although Biotech usually has delays, so maybe closer to 3 years, however Nick Ede is quoted as stating “…this is a 12 month play…” so maybe closer to 12 months before the first takeover offer is received. I think it’s also possible a BP could takeover IMU and IMU 2.0 could buy the B Cell platform from them as I believe a takeover will be focused on the CF33 oriented platforms.
