    DEL AGM is on today. Let's see what resolutions get passed. Presumably all of them.
    I notice Planum is up for 1.5m unlisted options by way of compensation for finance advisory assistance under resolution 7. Nill consideration with 14c exercise.

    It is a bit concerning the DEL want to pass a resolution again to execute a placement up to 10% of issued capital. I hope there is no real intent to use that.
