Not necessarily, remember they are essentially building SA1 and VIC1 as 3rd party for profit engineering builds now, and will also be getting cash injections from all the SA and VIC expenses up to this points. So doing this alongside the Yarra Valley build we will see a boost to cash on hand and a spike in profitability that the market will like (assuming there are no cost blow outs). We could see a decent rise in the share price due to the short term outlook from this, either at the end of the 2023FY or H1 2024FY, time will tell.
