I'm still surprised we're getting paid for all our costs in developing SA1 and VIC1. That will be a nice little unexpected windfall. The Yarra Valley project should provide a balance sheet boost. And then there's the ongoing maintenance contracts. We've got pathways to profitability ahead without even factoring in electricity sales. There's still a long way to go, of course. Joe said QLD1 is most likely to be next as our 3rd site too.

The pipeline map will need updating on 1st January to reflect the new timeline. Progress has been slow but at least we're moving in the right direction now.

I have a question, and an observation. I doubt the question can be answered.... How many in-build sites could we realistically have on the go at once? We'll be building Yarra Valley, plus the SA and Vic plants. That's three. Possibly the Brickworks or QLD plant (four). I wonder if there's a limit to how many plants can currently be in-build at any given time? If access to qualified personnel becomes an issue at some point; and if workload could be scaled up in the future. Hopefully we can get some more finance and experience behind us and then begin to really streamline the process of building plants and growing rapidly.

Given the amount of time and work involved in planning, getting approval, financing and building a plant, I'm starting to wonder if our pipeline (with months or years of work getting approvals and jumping through regulatory hoops) is almost our most valuable asset. An FID-ready site approvals in place, with offtake agreements signed must be worth something.

My observation is that without the retail division, Delorean is almost operating as an engineering / project management / construction company, rather than as a clean energy company. Similar to ASX-listed Lycopodium (LYL) or Monodelphous (MND) -- which plan, design and build new mines for industry, and bridges, specialised structures and railway stations for governments.

Anyway, DEL volume has been really low recently. I guess holders are happy to wait-and-see what happens, and buying interest has been small.
