We are here looking at a potentially multi multi billion dollars asset. The short termers here are fretting about the delay of a week (or a few weeks at most) in getting the rig on the pad. Specially in Cuba there is no way AP can afford to get on the wrong side of the Cupet just to please a few short term traders here! The Rig will arrive and the well will be drilled and if all pans out good then put on extended flow testing - there is no doubt about that!!
