People like myself and Feral have been begging for a 2nd rig since the end of A-1 when they waddled off to do Zapato for months on end. Nothing to show for it, half a year later and they're still struggling to get things together.
You'd think all the praise people give Sonangol around here that they'd be able to aquire access to a second drill. Possibly a staffing/skill shortage issue also though.
