Perhaps Carna.. but without knowing details of the 4 year construction program. The silica berth may be up and running in a year from 22/23 and from the ports own Statement of Corporate Intent....
Then one might think that the future of silica export is indeed on time. I guess it comes down to who can secure first place in the silica race.... Now if only we had a binding offtake for 5 Mtpa
