financing was always going to be a debt / debt equity affair with an offtaker + maybe some NAIF and state/fed grants applied for hither and fither. given build is cheaper that most water front homes in Sydney I wouldnt stress on it too much. the epa is the only focus....everything else is just options to choose once approved. 5 mill in the tank is plenty for the moment.
