Agree with you both.
Respect to Colby for the explanation and I continue to accept the reasoning in relation to equity v debt.
It's definitely a low point right now as we wash through this raising but we are set for the future and unencumbered.
Listening to Darren is something I could do all day- the passion and the experience and a great cut through direct speaker to boot.
