This was good transparency, it explained why the plan had to change mid term. Also good to hear they got the sales results through last week. Saying the DFS is due this quarter means it must be close - but I've heard deadlines with ESR before on the DFS and all have been missed (Sep 2022, Q1 2023, and now Q2 2023.

I also note his comment that dilution is the last resort but Les said the same thing to me last year in a private call and we've had 2 CRs since then. Still on the fence if this will pull through
