Valuation as clearly stated in Euroz Hart report..page 6..using past ASX companies which walked this path are:
1. Take 2 year forward revenue ( say 150mln ) and do 7x to 23x ( 14x average)
or
2. Take 2nd year forward Ebita ( say 50mln) and do 15x to 90x ( 45 x average)
