Totally agree with others here, SW has done a terrific job and the Webinar paints a very bullish future for LOM.
Sure, SW has done a great job, but he was quick to acknowledge the important roles played by everyone on Lucapa’s payroll. These people form the backbone of our company and this will be a gift for whoever takes on the top job.
After viewing the Webinar, I felt vindicated for voting yes to the two resolutions on performance shares at this year’s AGM.
My gut tells me that this must have been an embarrassment, and didn’t help with convincing SW that he should soldier on.
IMHO, SW and NS have done a marvellous job in shaping LOM into a very profitable company with positive outlooks in mining, exploration and asset development.
I’m sure that the innovations which shaped our success will be with us for a very long time.
I do think that the Webinar allayed any fears that SW may be leaving because he failed to find Lulo’s holy grail.
Let me make this crystal clear, there are virtually numerous potential source targets which are yet to be tested. SW is astutely aware of this, and I’m sure most here would have the smarts to agree.
Let’s hope that the market eventually wakes up to what we already know!
