Time for SW to watch from the sidelines and see if the SP goes up. Under his leadership the price only went south. You work for a public listed company, your judged based on SP, not the hardwork, and if your hardwork is not appreciated by the SP, that is still on you. No need to feel bad for voting no. That's just life. Shareholders have lost their investment value, so suck it up.
