Yeah, debt is a strange one isn't it.

Depending on who you believe, debt:-

a) was never approved/available
b) was available but the bully boys wouldn't allow it cos it stuffed up their STX scrip deal
c) is available even today if we want it

BTW, when you have a minute, could you please post an STX chart. The TPD deal and SE drilling should not be creating downward pressure on the STX SP yet here we are. I am a little concerned about the MSCI rebalancing period 11/8-31/8 being the cause.
