No, their timeline seems achievable at this point. If you add up the durations I provided they should be at first gas in mid to late September.
Their build time has been slower than normal for a plant this size, so maybe one could argue commissioning could take longer as well. However, once they hit Mechanical Completion site control will transfer to a small commissioning team with only trades support. They should be in better control of their own destiny at that point - they’ve had more than enough time to ready this team.
