Although the weather excuse, is simply that an excuse, the items being delivered damaged, Why wasn't that ever advised under continuous disclosure?
Already well advanced in talks about spinning off Gurvantes, so IMO this "merger" deal was already being setup back then.
Very disappointing, lets see if the revenue from the "imminent" gas flows will help the SP
