Me, I don't see it that way. I think unprepared questions sometimes need a moment's reflection before answering. I don't think he's lying. To me, it's more a case of thinking first as he walks a political tightrope with answers. Breach of confidentiality etc....

Every word is being scrutinised, he doesn't want to set off an unnecessary bomb or two
