    I'm on repeat a bit but I don't like the idea of spin co. The admin costs will be equal to the drill and development costs over the next few years. CR money just getting chewed up. Would rather be rolled into another junior with significant upside.

    While TMK is the logical option I'm wondering if EXR are interested.
