I have not heard Colby but I read the presentation.

We have a few months to when we get to vote on this.

A few points:

- Up to when this happened we were generally lucky to get past 17c,
- 19.5c or 20c today is better

I know everyone says were are worth more, but that is not what the market has been saying for a long time.

Within the next couple of months we will:
- Find our more re Mongolia wells,
- Find out more regarding Mongolia structure
- Hopefully STX SP goes up because of Walyering coming on line,
- Hopefully STX share price goes up because of SE

A lot of the "No's" will go away if we get to give or take 25c, which may happen in the next couple of months.

So my strategy:
- I cannot see us going lower,
- there is few good reasons why we might go higher

This may become a good deal, is not currently but maybe in a couple of months.
