For myself I am not in favor of the deal at all, it’s opportunistic and undervalues the potential with gas prices rising. I lay the blame on STX for the unacceptable delays to cash flow due to consistent delays. This is not a big project and if STX had delivered on time I believe we would be looking at a significantly better offer. Maybe a shareholder revolt might elicit a better offer next time!
