Joined both presentations. The Deal is underwhelming at this stage it is a NO from me.

STX and TPD Mgt/board both have a massive amount to gain from this deal. They need to earn their keep and turn it into something reasonable.

For me that would look like:

• STX share price 48c or higher - (Walyering / SE success etc)
• Trade sale of Gurvantes Or Compelling Spin co. Value 5c+

Get busy boys. There is no room for pathetic excuses come December.
