    Ratio Ox, it's all about the ratio. 0.6 would be bottom end. The reason it is crap all makes sense now that Colby has admitted that STX have deducted value for TEG JV, Condor, and Gurvantes.We would be far better off if TEG and Condor were left with TPD. In the Independent Expert we trust or else pray a rival bid emerges.
