    TPD appointed a new Non-executive chairman.

    That Non-executive chairman actually is a TOP 20 STX shareholder. Shortly after STX stopped publishing the T20 online.

    Umm...

    So TPD appointed a guy whom is meant to manage the board of directors but he also held a STX shares?

    Wow this stinks.

    Conflict of interest???
