10 out of the 244 million shares he had before the drilling began
... and this is an issue for some because they believe that prices always follow the directors trades?
What a misconception that is - if that were true all we would need to do is follow directors trades... good luck with that.
I can think of an example where assumption didn't work out - Mordechai Benedikt bought up continuously during his stock's down trend
and the price of his stock is still down.
