Thanks for asking that question around FDA & ethnicity. Very interesting developments of the child-app complementing sound with pain detection. Brought back mixed emotions of the other app which shall remain unspoken.  

One of my questions was around the challenges faced signing up uncontracted customers (the likes of Bupa and Allity) to which he Daffy said in around about way....its a matter of time before govt requirements and regulatory processes around pain management & reporting will eventually lead to their adoption. Big customers are the last to move and with medium-smaller sized aged care providers already adopting PainCheck, you'd have to think its only a matter of time.
