I asked the question yesterday but it didn't get raised, it was about the kids app. If implementation into Aged Care is seemingly being held up by training, what training opportunities will be available to first-time Mums and Dads if they use the app - videos, online training etc?
An app poorly used or results ineffectively analysed could affect its acceptance and reputation in the home market. From what I gather, the kids app will focus on the face and (eventually) vocalization, rather than movement and other observations used in the RACs and this may require less stringent training.
