If its a straight consolidation and they maintain the SP after reset then doesn't make any difference to me, but that rarely happens and you end up having the SP trickle back down.
If they raise for an asset of that same value then that's totally fine by me. If they raise just to help them pay bills, then that is pure dilution I will be very annoyed.
